The acquisition of the Drugs.ca domain marks an early step in our Canadian journey. We are exploring a future digital pharmacy experience that could connect convenient technology with trusted local care, subject to the partnerships and requirements needed to operate.
Our Canadian healthcare strategy
We see significant potential in two connected areas: independent pharmacies and medical real estate. Our acquisition-led approach is to identify quality businesses and properties, understand their owners’ goals, and invest in opportunities where operational expertise and technology can add value.
Canada’s private healthcare ecosystem includes many locally owned businesses. We believe a long-term partner can support continuity for the people and communities they serve while helping them adapt to changing expectations.
A connected Canadian pharmacy network
Our longer-term plan brings together a digital patient experience, central-fill and fulfillment capacity in major urban centres, and acquired community pharmacies in suburban and rural markets.
We envision convenient prescription management, medication reviews, pharmacist support, delivery and potential telemedicine connectivity where appropriate and permitted. These are proposed services, not services currently offered by Hanguk Uilyo.

We act promptly, communicate directly and consider flexible transaction structures. Our team combines experience across healthcare, pharmacy, real estate, finance and technology, and looks for practical innovations that benefit businesses and the people they serve.
K-Beauty and consumer health
Our Korean roots also create a path to explore skincare, aesthetics and beauty technology for Canadian consumers. We are evaluating how selected products and expertise could fit alongside our broader health and wellness vision.
