Our Canadian Healthcare Strategy

We are a Korea-based company with a strong belief in the significant opportunities emerging across Canada’s healthcare sector. In particular, we see tremendous potential in two closely connected areas: medical and healthcare real estate and the pharmacy business.
We believe healthcare is one of the sectors with the strongest long-term fundamentals in Canada. Medical and healthcare real estate offers attractive long-term potential, while independent pharmacies provide an opportunity to combine established community relationships with innovation, technology and enhanced patient care.
Our strategy is to leverage our capital, technology, healthcare experience and long-term vision to establish a meaningful presence in the Canadian market. We are actively exploring opportunities to acquire established pharmacies and healthcare-related real estate across Canada, with the objective of building a diversified and scalable healthcare platform.
While the U.S. healthcare market is increasingly dominated by large, publicly traded corporations and major institutional players, we see a different opportunity emerging in Canada.
Canada continues to have a substantial private healthcare ecosystem made up of independent pharmacies, medical practices, healthcare businesses, and medical real estate assets. Many of these businesses remain locally owned, creating a fragmented market with opportunities for consolidation and strategic acquisitions.
We believe this fragmentation creates an attractive environment for a buy-and-build investment strategy. Rather than competing directly with large corporate healthcare organizations, our approach is to identify quality independent businesses and real estate assets, acquire them, and then create additional value through capital investment, technology, operational improvements, digitalization, and strategic consolidation.
Our focus is particularly on pharmacy businesses and medical and healthcare real estate, where we believe there is significant potential to build scale through acquisitions while maintaining a strong focus on patients, healthcare professionals, and local communities.
